LYLE FOGARTY
Lyle formed Clover Investment Properties in 2017 after 15 years working with national and regional development companies. Lyle began his career in commercial real estate at Trammell Crow Company where he led industrial and mixed-use developments in the Atlanta region. Along with several colleagues from Trammell Crow, Lyle joined Crescent Resources (now Crescent Communities) to pursue and execute on retail, industrial and office development projects around the Southeastern United States. In 2010 Lyle joined Redstone Investments, an organization with a 30 year legacy of retail development and ownership. Through Lyle’s leadership as President of its development and acquisition platform, Redstone expanded its holdings into office and mixed-use ownership and completed several remarkable deals. Lyle’s notable achievements include:
Led an infill mixed-use development consisting of a ten story office building, 234 multi-family units and ground floor retail
Directed a mixed-use, transit oriented development on 15 acres adjacent to a MARTA rail station in Atlanta, GA
Spearheaded the development of a 170 acre mixed-use development in Charlotte, NC in a joint venture with a national REIT
Developed ground up retail centers in Florida
Acquired value-add retail centers in Florida and the Carolinas
Lyle lives with his wife and four children in Tampa, FL where they are actively involved in several civic and community organizations. He received a BBA from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. While a student at Goizueta, he served as president of the graduate student body and was an advocate of the School’s real estate curriculum. Since 2005, Lyle has served as an adjunct professor at Goizueta teaching a graduate level course in real estate development and investments. Lyle is a member of ULI and NAIOP and has frequently served on industry panel discussions.
CHAD KELLER
Chad Keller joined Clover as Principal and COO in 2018. Chad brings 20 years of experience in financial leadership and consulting roles. He has worked across a broad cross section of industries, in multiple countries, and in both public company and private equity environments. Over his diversified career, he has established a reputation as a trusted business partner that drives measurable growth in organizations through a collaborative approach and strong execution.
Before joining Clover, Chad was VP of Finance at Catalina, a PE-backed global provider of consumer data and marketing services. He led the management of the company’s global real estate portfolio including traditional leases, owned properties, and co-working spaces. He also served as the head of investor relations inside a highly-levered capital structure. He was responsible for scripting and delivering the company story through debt holder calls, individual investor meetings, and rating agency discussions.
Prior to that, he served as Catalina International CFO, operating out of Paris, France and leading all financial aspects of a $200M P&L across Europe and Asia.
Chad holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida State University and an MBA with concentrations in Advanced Finance and Entrepreneurship from USF. He lives in Tampa with his wife and three children.
Brian Piccolo
Brian joined Clover Investment Properties in 2022 as a Development Manager after finishing his Master of Science in Real Estate at the University of Florida. Prior to completing his Master’s, Brian spent eight years in the financial services industry working in risk management and banking. Brian began his career with Capital One and spent six years in various roles across the country. He performed underwriting, financial modeling, and led strategy and analytics for his clients as a relationship manager for multiple national corporations during his time with Capital One. After returning home to Tampa in 2019, Brian joined USI Insurance Services as a Vice President in the Commercial Property & Casualty division specializing in real estate. Brian’s primary focus was analyzing and designing large property and casualty programs and overseeing all service and relationship needs for his real estate clients.
Brian has returned to the Tampa Bay Area with his dog, Wrigley, after graduating with his Master’s and is excited to get more involved in his hometown. Brian is a longtime Bucs, Rays, and Lightning fan and enjoys going to as many games as possible. Brian also received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida in 2013. Brian holds an active Florida Real Estate License and is a member of ULI, NAIOP, REIC, and SOREP.
