We are always pursuing new development and acquisition opportunities.  Criteria we look for to qualify new deal pursuits is listed below.

Development:

  • Build-to-suit - BTS program for well capitalized tenants. Retail, office and industrial.

  • Speculative - Exceptionally located commercial properties in an upward market.

  • Urban mixed-use - Dynamic sites with entitlements in place or seller willing to provide the time to allow for rezoning

Acquisitions:

  • Near term rollover

  • Partial occupancy

  • Surplus land

  • Deferred maintenance

  • Property's existing use is no longer the highest and best use

  • Below market rents
