Somerset Street
The Somerset Beach vacation home development is located on the northern end of Clearwater Beach, on the southwest corner of Somerset Street and Mandalay Avenue. The 0.4-acre lot is located 125 feet from the sand of one of the premier beaches in the United States. The development consists of four ~3,400 SF luxury vacation units . The units will be six bedroom, six and a half bath rentals with the primary goal to create a comfortable vacation experience while maximizing occupancy. Each home will feature a full chef’s kitchen, an individual pool, plenty of exterior lounge space, beach views, and walkability to Clearwater Beach’s top amenities, among many other luxury touches. This is a joint venture project with Brightwild, who will also be managing the homes.
